how to fix Correct Lenovo Windows update problems

Nitro Pro 7! According to the Lenovo forum, Nitro Pro 7 is part of the problem. They suggest updating it. I suggest removing it. It is a trial and, unless you are seriously considering buying it, just cut to the chase. Lose it!

Nalpeiron: The Mother of all Bloatware It appears that the underlying issue is the Nalpeiron Licensing Service, which appears to serve no other purpose than to collect data on trialware (aka bloatware) usage. Here's what you do: 1. Click on the start menu 2. Type “services.msc” in the "search program and files" box and click on the search result (there should only be one). 3. In the right pane of the Services window, scroll down and locate “Nalpeiron Licensing Service”. 4. Double click on “Nalpeiron Licensing Service," to bring up the Nalpeiron Licensing Service Properties window. 5. Change the Startup type to Manual. 6. Click on the Stop button. 7. Click on the OK button.
